Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey NV – 750ML

We named it “Doubled & Twisted” from an old distilling term that refers to ‘the best stuff’ that runs out of the Still, as a stream, doubling and twisting on itself. Like our Lot 1, Lot 2 is double-distilled in Charbay’s Copper Alambic Charentais Pot Still but this is a blend of 4-year Straight Malt whiskey (50%), 8-year Stout whiskey (30%) and 4-year Pilsner whiskey (20%). This combination evokes aromas of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon with rich flavors of smoky, malted barley and dark roasted coffee imparted from the lengthy oak aging process.
