Michele Chiarlo Cipressi Nizza Barbera 2018 – 1.5L

The Cipressi of Michele Chiarlo winery is a red wine made with 100% of Barbera grapes, cultivated on the hills around Castelnuovo Calcea. After one year of aging in large barrel and  few months in bottle, you get an excellent wine of a nice intense ruby red color, tending to purple. The bouquet has fruity aromas with notes of red fruit, ripe cherry and raspberry; the taste is soft, complex and sapid, well structured and characterized by a persistent ending. This Barbera d’Asti combines very well with traditional pasta with of Piedmont and cold cuts.
