A newish independent outfit that goes beyond simply sourcing good barrels of whiskey, the team at Seelbach’s prides themselves on the mark they make on each batch through a combination of special barrel finishes, extended aging and made to taste blending techniques. This batch highlights how two extremes – the spice and oak driven notes of the toasted French Oak, and the sweet and honeyed notes of the Maple barrels – come together nearly perfectly to create a whiskey that is deeply distinctive and very tasty.
