Order Cancellation

Please note:

  • Cancellations requested after the 6-hour window may not be possible if your order has already been sent for processing
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for orders where incorrect items, sizes, designs, or addresses were selected during checkout. We ask all customers to carefully review their order details before confirming purchase.

Eligibility Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery is completed. After this period, the order is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must NOT:

  • Be worn or washed
  • Be modified in any way
  • Have any defects not present in the original (unless caused by us)
  • Be missing original tags
  • Have easily repairable issues (such as loose threads)

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Documentation Required

To process your return, please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the received product
  • Email screenshots of our previous communications

Return Process

  2. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions and address
  3. Pack your items carefully and ship them using a traceable carrier
  4. Send your return tracking number or a picture of the return receipt to our support email

  • Bank processing: 10-15 days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer)
